Disclaimer - The only part of the activity that is marked will be the conclusion...All parts of the lab write-up must be present in order to qualify your project.
Your Task...
- Browse the Net, look in a book, or create it yourself... the Purpose question and the procedure to an experiment. Most students have chosen to seach the net and that is fine, you are allowed to print the purpose and procedure from the net for this project. Make sure that you choose an experiment that can be completed in the classroom, NO projects are allowed to be done at home!!!
- Once you have chosen your project and you have a purpose and procedure then you must create a hypothesis - make sure that in your hypothesis you answer the question in constructed response - Question, answer, proof.
- Do you lab in class - (7H on Monday, 7of 6/7 on Wednesday) - Record your observations. You have to use the observation from your analysis to make your conclusion valid
- CONCLUSION - Writing the Conclusion
- Answer the Hypothesis in Constructed Response - similar to what you did with the hypothesis and purpose
- Restate the hypothesis
- Give your answer to each part of the hypothesis
- Give Data Proof from you analysis
- Explain controlled and uncontrolled variables
- Give recommendation of how to better perform this lab

How it will be evaluated - Rubric - 25 marks
Conclusion - 16 marks - from the sample rubric, the values are doubled
Analysis - 4 marks - must incluse a data table and/or graph and it must include observations.
Hypothesis - 2 marks - constructed response to the stated purpose.
Grammar and style - 3 marks - words are spelled correctly and all aspects of the lab are present.
